However, in order to maintain an active and thriving community, we periodically conduct purges to remove members who have been inactive for a certain period of time. This is not a decision we make lightly, but rather one that we believe is necessary to ensure the community remains vibrant and supportive. We understand that life can get busy, and there may be periods when it's difficult to participate in the community. However, we encourage all members to actively engage with the community to get the most out of their membership. We appreciate and value the contributions of all members, and hope that those who have been removed will understand our reasoning and consider rejoining when they are able to participate more actively.
Please note that if you have been purged and you were originally a free member, you will need to pay a membership fee to rejoin the community.

Guarantee Terms:
Commitment Period: In order to qualify for the One-Year Money-Back Guarantee, members must maintain an active, paid membership for a full year from the date of initial sign-up.
Participation: Members are expected to actively participate in the community (a minimum of 3 hours per month), including but not limited to, attending weekly calls, engaging in discussions, and making use of available resources.
Refund Request: After the one-year commitment period, members have a 30-day window to request a full refund if they are unsatisfied with their experience. Refund requests should be sent in writing to [email protected].
Refund Process: Upon receipt of a refund request that meets these criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
No Partial Refunds: This guarantee applies only to the one-year commitment period. Partial refunds for less than one year of membership are not available under any circumstances.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover any add-on services or products that members may purchase during their membership year.
